IEGS Launches: An Official Route to Global Opportunities

Jakarta — IEGS (Indonesia Education Global Services) has launched: a global-readiness platform that helps Indonesian candidates take official routes abroad — to study, to scholarships, and to licensed work. The platform is built with Kalayudha Foundation and the Indonesia Scholarship Center, in the spirit of “From Indonesia to the world.”

Measure first, then move

Everything starts with an assessment — not a sales pitch. A candidate takes a free readiness assessment of about ten minutes and immediately receives a Global Readiness Score: a picture of language, document, financial, and goal readiness, with a recommendation for the route that makes most sense for their situation. Candidates know where they stand before spending anything — and the preparation programs on offer are mapped from the assessment, not guesswork.

Three routes, all official

The work route places candidates only through licensed placement partners, with destinations the platform publishes including Japan, Korea, Australia, Germany, and New Zealand. The study and scholarship route combines scholarship mentoring with university connections — backed by the Indonesia Scholarship Center's ecosystem. There is also IEGS Edutrip, campus visits to see study destinations first-hand.

Preparation programs are kept affordable — starting in the hundreds of thousands of rupiah — so the first step is never the hardest: scholarship mentoring, language strengthening, and work readiness.

A talent endowment for those who cannot yet afford it

IEGS also runs a talent endowment — donor-sponsored scholarships for high-potential candidates held back by cost, so the official route to global opportunity is not open only to those who can pay for the preparation. The principle is simple: what gets measured is readiness and potential, not the size of a wallet.

The people behind it

IEGS was born of two complementary ecosystems. From the Kalayudha side, co-founder Hendarsyah Aditya Saptari — Executive Director of Kalayudha Foundation — brings the group's operating discipline and community networks. From the scholarship side, co-founder Agung Adhityawarman brings the Indonesia Scholarship Center's experience mentoring thousands of scholarship seekers. Together they join two things that rarely meet: access to opportunity, and the mentoring that makes candidates genuinely ready to take it.

Ecosystem partners

The IEGS ecosystem includes training and placement partners — among them Makara UI Academy, Kalayudha's strategic partner in education, Wasaida Homare Indonesia, and CleanSheet Indonesia — plus community networks such as Jaringan Beasiswa Indonesia. That network is what keeps a readiness score from ending as a number: there is always a clear next step.

Part of the group's education push

For Kalayudha, IEGS completes the group's education move: Makara UI Academy builds the competence, IEGS opens the official route, and Kalayudha Foundation holds the impact side. From training to departure, everything runs on channels that can stand scrutiny.
