Kalayudha Akses

Global capital and technology,
into Indonesia.

We open and structure cross-border opportunities — from the first introduction to a structure a bank will fund.

What is usually missing is not the money

Global investors have capital, technology, and a record of building. Indonesia has the assets and the need. What is usually missing sits between them: someone who understands both sides and will do the detail work that makes a deal actually happen — who to meet, how it is structured, and which permit has to clear first.

That is the work of Kalayudha Akses.

What we have already done

Partners from four countries have come in through routes we worked — here is some of what is already running.

4

Partner countries

Korea, China, Vietnam, and Singapore — capital and technology already helped into Indonesia.

7,500

Molecular tests running

An oncology genomics service running on partner technology from Vietnam and Singapore — built and operated by us.

2

Ministries

A diagnostics service from our portfolio running as a pilot in two ministries.

8

Plant zones

AI-based safety technology from a Korean partner, running across eight plant zones in Cilegon.

What we do

Origination & access

We assemble the opportunity and open the door — matching asset owners with the investors and technology partners that fit best, not the ones that are nearest.

Structuring & compliance

Putting together the JV, the PPP, or another scheme, with the capital stack and governance, until the structure is bankable and holds up in due diligence.

Government & investor relations

Access to provincial government, state enterprises, ministries, and regulators — and to the investor's boardroom on the other side.

Navigation & accompaniment

Permits, coordination between parties, through to signing. We do not hand over a document and leave.

Full market entry for foreign companies

Beyond asset-based projects, Kalayudha Akses handles full market entry for foreign companies coming into Indonesia — from market research and opportunity validation, entity setup and licensing, and finding local partners and talent, through to operations actually running. One party to deal with, fluent in both the regulations and the ground.

The approach mirrors the rest of Kalayudha: start with a small pilot, prove it works, then scale — with the right structure from day one.

What we do not do

We say the limits first, so nobody waits on something that was never ours to give.

We are not the owner or seller of the asset

Public assets stay with their owners, and the structure is built to keep it that way.

We do not use public budget

Capital and investment risk come from the investor side.

We are not a substitute for official process

We work on the commercial side. Procurement and permitting stay on their own track.

Where we work

Two engineers reviewing drawings on site

Infrastructure & area development

Transport, TOD, waterfront, mixed-use, utilities, and public facilities.

An engineer monitoring an automated production line from a laptop

Industry & manufacturing

Workplace safety, automation, industrial AI, and production technology.

A laboratory technician pipetting a sample

Healthcare & diagnostics

Clinical services, laboratories, medical devices, and corporate wellness.

Technology and data cut across all three. And the list is not a boundary — if the need is clear and the partner exists, we go and find them.

How the partnership is built

Three parties put in what they have, into one entity that owns, builds, and operates.

Asset owner

  • Land & operating rights
  • Authority
  • Contributed in kind

Investor & global partner

  • Capital & technology
  • EPC & operator
  • Brand

Kalayudha Akses

  • Structuring
  • Relations & navigation

Joint venture / implementing entity

owns · builds · operates

The structure follows the project: JV, KPBU, BOT, KSP, or another form permitted by regulation.

How it works

1

Identify

Mapping the asset or the need, and judging whether a genuinely suitable partner exists.

2

Align

Aligning that opportunity with the priorities of the asset owner and the government.

3

Match

Choosing the investor, developer, EPC contractor, or operator that fits best.

4

Development

Early study, feasibility, capital structure, and negotiation of the partnership scheme.

5

Implementation

What is worth continuing proceeds through the official mechanism.

How we are paid

We are engaged on the investor side: a retainer through development, plus a success fee if the deal closes.

On some projects we take a minority stake in the joint venture, so our interest sits with the project succeeding — not with how many documents get produced. We stand outside the government procurement track.
